A glittering career sometimes hides many a sad story beneath. Lolo Jones, who took home the USA and the World championships in hurdle events in 2013, only been able to achieve this level through a great deal of hard work and a lot of patience. Brandt is a child of the Cape Town region. She grew up in Cape Town South Africa with her parents and siblings relocated to Auckland New Zealand when she was in her teens. Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981 in Cape Town South Africa. She is a talented New Zealander performer. Lesley Brandt along with the other members of her family moved into Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. In Auckland Brandt started as a Retailer, then got upgraded to IT Management Consultant. Following a couple of modeling projects, Lesley appeared in many commercials. In 2008, she completed her college and began studying Meisner method of study. Her first acting job was with the New Zealand TV show Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt made a guest appearance on New Zealand's TV drama Shortland Street as a supporting actor. She then appeared in the science-fiction film This Is Not My Life that is based upon anecdotal Waimoana. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. She later portrayed the role in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
